The HANSA C16c Compact is the most compact yet powerful chipper on the market with the ability to fit through a standard doorway. Its compact design means it can be easily manoeuvred and operated in areas with restricted access. At only 650mm wide and with a chipping capacity of 110mm the C16c is the perfect solution for contractors looking to improve productivity on difficult sites.

The C16c is powered by the powerful 16HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine. An industrial grade easy starting engine. HANSA have undertaken a detailed engine match testing programme to ensure the capabilities of the C16c are perfectly balanced with the power output of the 16HP Vanguard engine.

The C16c delivers extraordinary self-feeding performance. The 50kg cutting disc rotates at 2000rpm creating a self perpetuating inertia. The draft created by the winged cutting disc pulls foliage into the machine fast and effectively through the 170x220mm infeed opening. The outlet chute height of 1485mm allows the user to load chip onto a trailer or stockpile.

Engineered and manufactured using the highest quality components, Made of steel and finished with a durable powder coated finish with zinc shield rust protection. Soft Start Technology engages the belts between the engine and cutting disc for smooth running and protects you engine against shock loading.

Easy access for routine servicing and maintenance by removing two bolts on the housing. The two A8 modified steel knives have a long lifespan and can be sharpened up to 10 times. Access to the belts is easy by simply removing the belt guard.
